Hi, I’m Arin (they/them). I’m a queer and trans holistic life coach based in Richmond, Virginia. I partner with clients virtually across the country (and occasionally in-person). My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both personal and collective, and that LGBTQ+ people deserve spaces where they are affirmed, celebrated, and empowered.

Through an identity-affirming approach, I support those who are LGBTQIA2S+ in reconnecting to themselves through the lenses of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or seeking deeper understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you as you uncover your own truth and power.

My coaching style is transformative, spacious, and deeply compassionate. Together, we will partner to create clarity, restore trust in your intuition, and build a life that honors your authentic truth.

My coaching journey began in 2021, when I supported progressive political campaign managers as a coach, helping them lead with purpose, clarity, and compassion. I later stepped into the role myself, managing campaigns driven by a deep commitment to justice and collective liberation. Through this work, I saw firsthand the impact of one-on-one conversations and how deep listening, reflection, and care could shift not just decisions, but lives.

Over time, I realized the meaningful impact of personal conversations within LGBTQ+ communities. Coaching became an avenue for supporting community members in reclaiming their power, healing in community, and living more fully in alignment with who they are. In March 2024, I became a certified life coach through Radiant Coaching Academy, an International Coaching Federation–accredited school. In April of 2024, I started Arin Marshall Coaching LLC and have since dedicated my practice to supporting healing, growth, and transformation in LGBTQIA2S+ lives.
